Two models, from two separate communities received special recognition. The Napoli at Gran Paradiso was awarded both Best Floor Plan and Best Kitchen in Category 15, while The Magnolia at GreyHawk Landing earned Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen, and BEST OVERALL in Category 7.
