*To qualify for the $10K Bonus Program, the Broker/Agent must satisfy all of the following conditions:

On or before the Purchase Agreement Date, fully execute & complete Seller's Broker Commission Agreement.
Buyer must be purchasing a home that Seller has identified as eligible for a bonus and closing must occur on or before 6/30/24. At Closing, Seller agrees to provide Broker/Agent with the $10,000.00 Bonus Amount. The Bonus Amount will be added to the Commission, as defined in the Broker Commission Agreement.

Prior to Seller’s execution of a Purchase Agreement, Seller reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel the Bonus Program at any time and without notice This Bonus Program is valid for a limited time only.
