Gran Place at Wellen Park Venice, FL

Sam Rodgers Homes is bringing custom-built homes to Venice’s newest community: Gran Place at Wellen Park. This September we will begin the construction of 42 homes in the $500,000 to $1 million range in the new Playmore District at the southwest corner of Tamiami Trail and West Villages Parkway.
