Our luxury home designs and personalized floor plans are created to suit your family’s needs today, tomorrow and for generations to come. As an experienced home builder in Sarasota County, our seasoned team of trusted professionals will guide you through every step of the planning, design, financing, construction and closing phases of home building for the smoothest possible new home experience.

Our tried and true process includes:
We refer to this as our discovery process where future homeowners meet with an executive home advisor to determine the floor plan, homesite and structural elements that are right for them. It is at this stage that the contract is executed and a deposit given.
Perhaps the most fun phase is design. Future homeowners will meet with a professional design studio consultant to personalize their home with selections ranging from cabinets to flooring. At this stage, they will also develop construction document redlines. They will also be given the opportunity to meet with one of our preferred vendors for a pool and outdoor kitchen.
After all selections are finalized, they will meet with our construction management team to review your construction documents, discuss Sam Rodgers Homes' best construction practices and review the permitting and build timelines.
Sam Rodgers Homes gathers information for municipality requirements and submits plans to the municipality, thereby eliminating any pressure on you to do so. While you won’t see any activity on your home during the phase, a lot is happening behind the scenes as permits are secured, plans are finalized and subcontractors receive what they need to begin their work.
Detailed and schedule-driven construction managers oversee the build to ensure quality throughout the entire process. You will have the opportunity for a pre-drywall walk through and a one-on-one meeting for your landscaping.
