The new samrodgershomes.com is live — rebuilt from the ground up, and built the way we build everything else: to last.
Our family has been building homes on Florida's Gulf Coast since 1968.
More than 6,700 of them.
In all that time, one thing has never changed: the belief that a home should be shaped around the family who lives in it. So when it came time to rebuild our website, we held it to the same standard.
Not a fresh coat of paint. A new foundation.
Why We Started Over
Shopping for a new home mostly happens online now — long before anyone visits a community.
You compare floor plans at the kitchen table. You study lot maps after dinner. You read reviews on your phone.
The old site wasn't built for that. The new one is.
Every page has been redesigned around a simple question: what would a buyer actually want to know here? And then we made sure the answer was one click away.

- Interactive lot maps. Community pages now include a map of the neighborhood itself — the homesites, the lakes, the preserves — so you can see exactly where your future home would sit.
- Move-in-ready homes.Our available homes live on one page, with photos and details for each.
- Real floor plan pages. Floor plans get pages of their own, with elevations, full plan drawings, and downloadable PDFs you can print and mark up.
- Real reviews. Our reviews page features real Google reviews from real homeowners — the same ones you'd find searching on your own, gathered in one place.
- A photo gallery.The gallery collects our favorite photography from finished homes across our communities.
- The people behind the homes. A family company should introduce its family — the team page does exactly that.
And News got a rebuild of its own.
