They delivered ahead of schedule and everything was in tip top shape. They have been very attentive to any follow-up details during the shakedown period of occupying the home. The design process was wonderful, and they assisted us with all of the detail options and the costs associated with them. We have built several homes over the years and this was by far the best experience we have had. The outcome has exceeded our expectations.”

Our home, The Birch Model, has been, by far, the best home we've ever lived in. The quality of construction is outstanding, the floor plan is exactly what we need, and the setting is great. The construction manager who supervised the building, Clint Madden, went way over-and-above what we expected. He was AMAZING -- responsive to our needs, helpful with sub-contractors, and a valued advisor even after we moved in. A Sam Rodgers home might be a little pricier than the competition, but it's worth every penny. Everyone connected with Sam Rodgers is a "class act" and very customer service oriented.

“I am so delighted with my new home built by Sam Rodgers. I was moving down from Maryland with my Mom and searching for a builder that could be flexible with making structural changes. Sam Rodgers assisted us with making 3 structural changes at very reasonable costs. We were ecstatic that we could have 2 master baths in our house! Additionally, I enjoyed working with every member of the Sam Rodgers team. The communication inside the organization was impressive! Anyone I spoke with could answer any questions I had which enabled me to have a smooth and stress free building process. I would recommend this builder to anyone thinking of moving to the area!”

“Having lived in Florida full time for 15 years and owning an Arthur Rutenburg home, when we decided to down size and build our own home we knew we wanted another Rutenburg or Sam Rodgers home. When we visited the models in Grand Paradiso we instantly fell in love with the Bellisimo. After talking with Larry Love a few times, we decided that was the house we wanted to build. Larry was wonderful. He drove us around to look at lots until we finally picked one out. We then told him about some changes we wanted to make to the house and he went over everything with us, quite a few times I must admit. While waiting for our existing house to sell and our new house to be built, we would drop in and see Larry all the time (poor guy). He was always smiling and anxious to hear how the sale of our existing home was going or not going. We probably drove him nuts always stopping by but I know he truly cared about what we were going through and we sure thank him for that and for being so patient with us. As with any new home, there were some things that were not quite right and after talking with Kevin all was taken care of. Nothing is too small for them to fix. Larry would always stop by too and see how things were going and still does. Lucky for him we are all moved in and he can get a break from seeing us every other day. We love our house and know that it is a Sam Rodgers Quality home inside and out!”

More impressive are the comments of professional service personnel who have come into our house (for window treatments, electrical work, decorating, extermination, etc.) about how well built this house is. We also appreciated the follow-up of Rodgers’ personnel when we moved in. It is our opinion that most builders today are concerned with quantity rather than quality. We are proud for visitors to see our Sam Rodgers home.”

We have been through three other home-building experiences over the years and your team made the others look like chopped liver. Everybody during the process, from picking out the right model to choosing our options, through our various walk-throughs and preparing for closing, was helpful and friendly. We cannot say enough about your foreman, Clint Madden, who worked with us from the blueprint approval forward to the final walk-through. He was prompt in returning calls or e-mails and never got upset with all our questions. You can tell your family takes pride in what they build. We are proud to boast that we have a Sam Rodgers home!”

A plan was clearly laid out for our build and we were able to move in 1 month early! Our home is everything we expected and more. Our experience pre-construction through completion was outstanding.”
