The numbers below are referenced across this site
Where a price, a plan, a rendering or a measurement appears with a small number beside it, this page says what that number means. The numbering does not change once published, so a figure quoted in a brochure keeps pointing at the same paragraph.
None of this replaces your purchase agreement. Where this page and a signed contract disagree, the contract governs.
Pricing
Prices shown are base prices and are subject to change without notice. A base price does not include the homesite premium, structural options, design selections, upgrades, or closing costs, and it is not an offer to sell. The price of any particular home depends on the plan, the homesite and the changes made to it. Ask us for a written price for the home you are actually considering.
Availability
Homes, homesites and floor plans shown on this website are subject to prior sale, and availability changes daily. A home described as available may be under contract by the time you read this. Communities marked sold out or archived are shown for reference only and are not for sale.
Renderings and illustrations
Renderings, elevations, colour renderings and illustrations are artists' conceptual representations. They are not photographs of a built home and they are not to scale. Landscaping, hardscape, pools, outdoor kitchens, furnishings, decorative lighting and window treatments shown in a rendering are frequently not included in the price of the home.
Floor plans and drawings
Floor plans are marketing drawings, not construction documents. Dimensions are approximate and are subject to change during design, engineering and permitting. Room layouts, window and door placement, ceiling treatments and structural details may differ from the plan shown, and options illustrated on a plan may carry an additional cost.
Square footage
Square footage figures are approximate and are measured under the builder's own method, which is not the same method a county property appraiser, an architect or a real-estate listing service uses. Figures from different sources will not match. Do not rely on a square-footage figure for any purpose where the exact number matters.
Photography
Photographs may show model homes, previously built homes, or homes in other communities, and may include decorator features, upgrades and options that are not included in the price of the home shown. Model homes are furnished and decorated for display and are not representative of a home as delivered.
Community and area information
Information about communities, amenities, schools, districts, distances, travel times and nearby facilities is provided for general reference and is believed accurate but is not guaranteed. Amenities may be planned rather than built, and may be owned or operated by a master developer, a community development district or a homeowners association rather than by Sam Rodgers Homes. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the relevant authority.
Third-party listings
Where a home is listed for sale by an outside brokerage, that listing and its terms are the responsibility of the listing brokerage, not of Sam Rodgers Homes. Information republished here from a listing service is provided as a convenience and may not be current.
