Of Gran Place’s 63 acres, only 21 acres will be developed. The balance of the property will consist of picturesque nature preserves, lakes and wildlife habitats.

We’re excited to announce that Sam Rodgers Homes will soon be breaking ground in our brand new, upscale neighborhood of GranPark within the master-planned community of Wellen Park!
