Since 1968 this family has built on Florida's Gulf Coast with subcontractors and suppliers who stayed — people who learned how we do things and kept doing them after the job was over. That is not sentiment. A home this size passes through forty trades, and the difference between a good one and a great one is whether the people building it have done it together before.
We are always interested in trades and suppliers who take the work seriously: licensed, insured, and proud enough of a finished house to drive past it years later.

Current Florida licensing for your trade, general liability, and workers' compensation. We will ask for certificates before the first job.
You stand behind it
Every Sam Rodgers home carries a one-year warranty and a five-year structural warranty. Our trades answer the call the same way we do.

A build runs on the trade before you finishing when they said they would. We schedule realistically and expect the same in return.
