Built to give back.
There are plenty of ways to give back. For us, some of the most meaningful start with what we know best: building.
Our team, trade partners and community partners have given their time, materials and talents to projects throughout the Sarasota area, from building Cottages for Kids to lending a hand where one is needed. It’s the same craftsmanship we bring to our homes, just put to work for a different reason.
Because after nearly 60 years of building here, this community isn't simply where we do business. It's home.

Cottages for Kids
A gingerbread cottage for Wellen Park's Cottages for Kids — built by the team through November, then decorated and set out on the green in December.

Sam's Seaside Cabana cottage for Wellen Park's Cottages for Kids — built by the team through November, then decorated and set out on the green in December.

Cottages for Kids 2023
A little North Pole magic, built right here in Florida. Our 2023 Cottages for Kids creation turned into Santa’s Workshop, complete with plenty of holiday cheer and a few Sam Rodgers touches.
2022 · Wellen Park
Cottages for Kids 2022
The cottage that started it all. Our first Cottages for Kids build in 2022 was Sam’s Coffee Café, a tiny neighborhood coffee shop built with plenty of charm and a whole lot of team spirit.
