The cottage that started it all. Our first Cottages for Kids build in 2022 was Sam’s Coffee Café, a tiny neighborhood coffee shop built with plenty of charm and a whole lot of team spirit.
Where it all began
In 2022, Sam Rodgers Homes joined Wellen Park’s Cottages for Kids for the very first time, and naturally, we decided to start with a good cup of coffee.
Our team designed and built Sam’s Coffee Café, a pint-sized neighborhood coffee shop complete with the kind of thoughtful details we love putting into our full-size homes. The cottage was displayed at Wellen Park for the community to enjoy before finding its way home to a local family.
What started as one little build quickly became something our team looks forward to every year. Sam’s Coffee Café may have been small, but it started one of our favorite traditions.
