A little North Pole magic, built right here in Florida. Our 2023 Cottages for Kids creation turned into Santa’s Workshop, complete with plenty of holiday cheer and a few Sam Rodgers touches.
Building for the North Pole
For our 2023 Cottages for Kids project, the Sam Rodgers Homes team traded Florida sunshine for a little North Pole inspiration and built Santa’s Workshop.
Our team came together to build and decorate the cottage, transforming it into a pint-sized holiday workshop complete with festive details, candy canes and plenty of Christmas spirit. It was displayed at Wellen Park for the community to enjoy before heading home to a local family.
For a team that spends most of the year building full-size homes, there’s something pretty special about putting the same care into one made entirely for play. And judging by this crew, we may have a few honorary elves on staff.
