Building something a little smaller
For the 2024 Cottages for Kids, we traded square footage for a little Florida sunshine and built Sam’s Seaside Cabana, our take on the perfect pint-sized coastal retreat.
Designed and built by the Sam Rodgers Homes team, the cabana brought a little bit of the beach to Wellen Park, complete with playful details made for its future little homeowners.
It was our third year participating in the annual tradition, and another chance to do what we know best for a pretty great reason.
Proof that a dream home doesn’t need a lot of square footage.
