Building something a little smaller

Since 2022, Sam Rodgers Homes has proudly participated in Wellen Park's annual Cottages for Kids, joining fellow local builders to put our skills to work for some of the community's smallest homeowners.

Each year, our team designs and builds a one-of-a-kind playhouse that's displayed for the community to enjoy before finding its way home to a local family. From our Sam's Coffee Cafe cottage to the creative builds that have followed, it's become a tradition our team looks forward to every year.

Because sometimes the most meaningful homes we build are the ones measured in imagination, not square feet.
