On a Sam Rodgers build, the project manager is the buyer's point of contact from blueprint approval through to the final walk-through. Clint Madden has held that job here for close to thirty years.
Two homeowners have put it in writing, eight years apart. In 2015 John and Donna Rausch, who had built three homes before this one, wrote that he "worked with us from the blueprint approval forward to the final walk-through" and "never got upset with all our questions". In a 2023 review, a GreyHawk Landing owner called him "responsive to our needs, helpful with sub-contractors, and a valued advisor even after we moved in".
When a buyer moves a wall or changes something structural and the answer is yes, somebody has to make that yes stand up on site, with the trades, in the right order. That is the job.
He was building at GreyHawk Landing a decade ago and he is on the construction team today. That is the quiet part of a long tenure — the people who built the home are still here when the question comes up years later.
