Clint Madden has been part of the Sam Rodgers Homes construction team for nearly three decades. As a Project Manager and licensed General Contractor, he works directly with homeowners throughout construction, guiding their home from approved plans and selections through the final walk-through.
With 27 years at Sam Rodgers Homes, Clint brings an extensive understanding of the building process and the details required to keep a home moving forward. He coordinates closely with homeowners, trade partners and the internal team, making sure decisions made during planning and design are communicated clearly and carried through in the field.
His experience is especially valuable when a home includes personalized or structural changes. Clint understands how each decision affects the stages that follow and helps bring the people, timing and details together — giving homeowners a knowledgeable and consistent point of contact throughout construction.
He was building at GreyHawk Landing a decade ago and he is on the construction team today. That is the quiet part of a long tenure — the people who built the home are still here when the question comes up years later.
