Kathy Dixon

Kathy Dixon has been part of Sam Rodgers Homes for more than four decades, making her the longest-tenured team member outside of the Rodgers family. As Executive Administrator, she works closely with ownership and supports many of the day-to-day functions that keep the company organized and moving forward.

Over the years, Kathy’s role has touched nearly every side of the business, including administration, accounting, human resources and customer relations. That breadth of experience has given her a unique understanding of both the company and the homebuilding process.

Today, Kathy remains a trusted resource across the organization, helping connect people, information and details from one department to the next. After 43 years, her experience provides something that can’t be replicated quickly — a deep knowledge of the company, its processes and the people behind it.
