Kay Westberry

Kay Westberry is the Construction Coordinator at Sam Rodgers Homes, where she is responsible for organizing the essential details that transition a home from planning into construction. Her role connects plans, selections, schedules, permitting, and construction communication to help ensure that pre-construction decisions are accurately implemented in the field.

Within the semi-custom homebuilding process, project details may evolve as selections are finalized, plans are revised, and field conditions are addressed. Kay provides design studio support by assisting with the management of samples and selections, collaborates with Project Managers, Drafting, trade partners, municipalities, and internal team members to maintain organized, current, and accessible project information.

With 27 years of experience in custom and semi-custom homebuilding, Kay contributes extensive industry knowledge, attention to detail, and consistent coordination to each project. Her work behind the scenes supports the design and construction team in building homes accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of care.
