Richard Rodgers

Richard Rodgers is Sam's son, and the second generation of the family in the business. He joined full-time as Vice President straight out of Florida Southern College and has been here more than four decades. He carries the titles Owner and President today.

Semi-custom means structural changes are genuinely on the table, and the company's line for it has not changed in years: when other builders say no, Sam says Yes. What that costs is the work of deciding, home by home, what can actually be done to a plan — which at a company of this size is a decision the family makes.
