Richard Rodgers is the Owner and Vice-President of Sam Rodgers Homes and the second generation of the Rodgers family to lead the company. He joined the business more than four decades ago and today oversees its continued growth, from the homes being built to the communities and opportunities the company pursues.
With 46 years of experience in homebuilding, Richard brings a deep understanding of what it takes to move a home from an idea to completion. He remains closely involved in the decisions that shape the company, including community planning, home design, construction and the flexibility that comes with building semi-custom homes.
His leadership reflects both the history of Sam Rodgers Homes and where the company is headed next. Richard works closely with the team across every department, balancing decades of building experience with a continued focus on thoughtful growth, quality construction and homes designed around the people who will live in them.
