Sara Alfano is the Director of Operations at Sam Rodgers Homes, with a role spanning both the creative and operational sides of the homebuilding experience. Her approach to design goes beyond how a home looks. She works directly with each client to understand their wants, needs, lifestyle and vision, translating those ideas into floor plan modifications, elevation enhancements, electrical redlines and detailed design decisions that make each home uniquely theirs.

Sara takes the time to know her clients personally—understanding how they live, what matters to them and what will make their home feel truly theirs. This connection creates a thoughtful, personalized experience where homeowners feel heard, valued and never like just another number.

With more than a decade at Sam Rodgers Homes, Sara understands how every decision connects to the bigger picture. She oversees the Design Studio, stays current with products, materials and design trends, and manages purchasing, job costs and procurement. Working closely with trade partners, vendors, and construction teams, she ensures selections, pricing and project details are clearly communicated and carried through from design to construction.

From the first meeting through construction and closing, Sara helps create a connected, organized, and personal experience, ensuring each home reflects the vision of the family who will call it home.
