Sara Alfano is the Director of Operations. Operations is the side of a homebuilder that keeps contracts, schedules and trade partners in step, so that the people a buyer does meet — the sales team, the Design Studio on Professional Parkway, the project manager on site — are working from the same information.
That has been the job here for more than a decade. Sam Rodgers Homes is family-owned and three generations deep, and when other builders say no to custom home features, Sam says Yes. Every one of those yeses has to survive the paperwork, the trades and the build calendar before it becomes a room somebody actually lives in.
It is also why the same people are still on the other end of the phone when a question comes up years after the closing.
