Sara Hoiby is one of the two project managers on the construction team. Once a Sam Rodgers house moves from paperwork to construction, a project manager takes it over.
A homeowner letter the company published about the other project manager, Clint Madden, describes that job as running from blueprint approval through to the final walk-through, with the same person returning the calls and the emails the whole way. It is the standard the role is held to here.
It matters more at a semi-custom builder. When a buyer asks to move a wall or change something structural in a plan, the answer at Sam Rodgers is usually yes — and then it has to be redrawn, permitted, sequenced with the trades, and built straight.
