Sara Hoiby

Sara Hoiby is a Project Manager at Sam Rodgers Homes, working directly with homeowners as their home moves from plans into construction. She oversees the building process from the early stages through the final walk-through, serving as a consistent point of contact along the way.

Sara coordinates the many pieces that come together in the field, working closely with homeowners, trade partners and the internal team to manage schedules, construction details and personalized changes. Her role is especially important in a semi-custom home, where each decision needs to be thoughtfully carried from the plans through construction.

Throughout the build, Sara helps keep homeowners informed while making sure the details behind the scenes continue moving forward. Her hands-on approach and understanding of the construction process help turn the choices made during planning and design into a finished home.
