GreyHawk Landing is a 960-acre gated community in Bradenton, and Sam Rodgers homes are throughout it. It is finished now — sold out, families moved in, trees grown up. Drive through it and you can see what our work looks like twenty years on, which is a more useful thing to look at than a model home.

GreyHawk Landing is sold out and we do not have an active Bradenton community at the moment. That is the honest answer. Our nearest selling community is Gran Place at Wellen Park in Venice, and two Sarasota communities — Arbour Lake Preserve and Stonebridge on Palmer Ranch — are releasing to VIP members soon. What we built here
GreyHawk Landing gave us the chance to build at scale without building the same house repeatedly — the thing we care about most. Manatee County Parade of Homes juries have recognised our work here more than once.
Those homes are still standing up, and their owners still call us. That is the only warranty record that means anything.
Where we are building now
Gran Place at Wellen Park, in Venice, is in its final closeout — semi-custom homes from the $800s, with move-in ready inventory toured by appointment through our Sarasota office.
Closer to Bradenton, Arbour Lake Preserve in Sarasota East and Stonebridge on Palmer Ranch are both in pre-launch, releasing to VIP members before any public announcement. Sixty-four homesites between them and no phase two.

Not right now. GreyHawk Landing, our Bradenton community, is sold out and there is no successor community in Bradenton at present. The nearest actively selling community is Gran Place at Wellen Park in Venice.

No. GreyHawk Landing is complete and sold out. Homes there come up occasionally on the resale market, but not through us.
