Arbour Lake Preserve in Sarasota East (37 homesites) and Stonebridge on Palmer Ranch (27 homesites) are both in pre-launch and release to VIP members first.
What we did in Manatee County
GreyHawk Landing, a 960-acre gated community in Bradenton, is full of our homes. It is sold out and finished, which makes it the most useful thing we can show you — houses twenty years into their lives, in a neighbourhood that grew up around them.
Our work there has been recognised by Manatee County Parade of Homes juries more than once.
