Fifty-eight years, three generations
Sam Rodgers has been building on Florida's Gulf Coast since 1968, and across Sarasota and Manatee counties the family has developed Pelican Pointe, GreyHawk Landing and Gran Paradiso. The company is still family-owned and now in its third generation.
